Integrations

Atticus connects to your EHR or scheduler to pull provider availability, manage appointments across your clinics, and push clinical encounter documentation back after each visit.

Scheduling

Atticus integrates with your EHR's scheduling module so that your scheduling system remains the source of truth for provider availability, appointments, and patient tracking. Atticus reads from it, books into it, and updates it — your front-desk staff and providers never need to leave their existing workflow.

The integration covers three layers:

Availability — Atticus reads provider availability from your EHR in real time. When a member books through the patient app or care navigation schedules on their behalf, they see current open slots pulled directly from your scheduling system.

Appointment Management — Atticus creates, reschedules, and cancels appointments directly in your EHR. Both in-person and virtual visits are written back so that providers, front-desk staff, and patients always see the same information. Atticus sends all patient reminders and links to intake and check-in flows.

Patient Tracking — Patients check in through Atticus, and Atticus pushes their arrival into your EHR's tracking tools so staff see DPC patients alongside all other patients. From there, your clinic's normal workflow takes over. Providers launch into Atticus directly from the schedule or tracking board to deliver care.

note

Scheduling integration is configured per location during Program Setup. Each location specifies its EHR platform and connection details as part of onboarding.

Clinical Encounter Sync

After a visit, Atticus pushes the clinical encounter documentation back to your EHR. This keeps your system of record up to date without manual data entry or chart reconciliation.

Each encounter push includes:

  • Encounter notes, diagnoses, procedures, and care plan updates
  • Pushed in near real-time (event-driven, not batch)

Supported Formats

Atticus produces encounter data in standard healthcare interoperability formats. Your EHR consumes whichever format it supports:
