How It Works

Atticus Health gives your organization everything it needs to run a DPC program — from setting up membership plans to delivering care and reporting results back to employers.

The DPC Workflow

1. Set Up Your Program

You go through a structured onboarding process that captures everything needed to launch — your organization details, program services, billing, care locations, providers, lab and radiology networks, and care navigation rules. Atticus Health account managers guide you through the entire process.

2. Onboard Employers

As your organization signs employer clients, Atticus Health account managers set up each employer with an account, membership plans, and billing terms before their employee roster is imported.

3. Add Members

Employers provide a roster file of their covered employees, and Atticus Health account managers handle the import. Everyone on the roster becomes a member — no enrollment forms or sign-up process. As employers add or remove employees from the roster, memberships update automatically.

4. Onboard Members

Each member receives an invitation to the patient app, branded to your organization. They verify their identity, confirm their details, and receive a digital membership card they can store on their phone. Members can start booking care right away.

5. Deliver Care

Atticus Health's white-label care team delivers the virtual services — primary care visits, sick visits, emotional wellness counseling, health coaching, and care navigation. Your organization's providers deliver in-person care at your locations. Both teams work in the same system: Atticus providers and your providers share the same patient records, care plans, and clinical tools through the Provider Workspace. When members call or walk in, staff search, find, and manage them through Patient Management.

6. Report to Employers

Employers get reports on how the program is performing — visit volumes, member engagement, cost trends, and health outcomes. All reporting is at the employer level; individual member health information is never shared with employers.

Clinical Configuration

Atticus Health's clinical team manages the clinical rules behind your program — care plans, screening protocols, prescribing safety, and AI prompts. Your organization doesn't touch clinical configuration. This keeps care consistent across all sites and lets Atticus update protocols as evidence evolves.
